Founder-Led Growth & Systems
This pillar explains how I think about organisational growth, strategy, systems and execution. I look beyond isolated activity to understand how decisions, people, processes and technology work together—and where the connections begin to fail. A stronger brand cannot compensate for unclear follow-up. New technology cannot solve undefined responsibility. More activity does not create progress when the operating system around it remains fragmented. My approach begins with the real constraint, makes ownership visible and turns strategy into work that people can apply.
Building & Leading Allied Axis
Allied Axis is the company I founded in January 2026 at 18. It is a Pakistan-based, systems-led business growth company that connects strategy, branding, digital infrastructure, AI-enabled workflows and human capability around the outcome an organisation is trying to achieve. As Founder & CEO, I lead company direction, major strategy, partnerships, key decisions and the standards attached to the Allied Axis name. A growing all-women team and participant community contribute through defined roles.
Education & Student Pathways
Education & Student Pathways brings together two distinct areas of my work. The B2B area examines how educational institutions capture enquiries and coordinate follow-up. The B2C area provides study-abroad admissions guidance for Pakistan-based students and parents. I lead the guidance and oversee every case, while the Allied Axis team supports coordination. Current active guidance destinations include Malaysia, Türkiye, Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, and Belarus.
Women's Career Growth Initiative
The Women's Career Growth Initiative is my founder-led, Pakistan-focused professional-development Project, launched in June 2026 and delivered through Allied Axis. It gives selected women a structured environment in which to practise existing skills, receive mentorship and feedback, strengthen portfolio credibility and develop professional confidence. Where suitable opportunities are available, selected participants may also gain supervised project exposure.
Responsible AI & Digital Transformation
I approach AI and digital transformation as parts of a wider human system. My current position is one of responsible learning, perspective and developing practice—not a claim to established AI expertise. I am interested in where technology can improve a real process, strengthen a decision or reduce unnecessary friction, and where human judgement, accountability and review must remain visible. Through this pillar, I will examine the opportunities and limits of AI adoption.
Leadership, Learning & Founder Story
My founder story runs through every part of this platform. The Allied name began with Allied School Maryam Campus, a school owned and managed by my father and named after me. After that chapter ended, I made a promise in seventh grade that I would bring the Allied name back through something I built. Allied Axis later became the answer to that promise. The story gives the name personal meaning, while the work gives it responsibility.
